Cooper FFA was founded in 2008 when construction finished on the brand new Randall K. Cooper High School in Boone County. RCHS was the 4th high school to be built in Boone County and students from all three high schools were transfered into RCHS for the fall of 2008. FFA members from the three schools worked to establish Cooper FFA and the first officer team was selected which included:

President: Shumekia Overstreet
Vice President: Jesse Lancaster
Secretary: Robin Brunkhart
Treasurer: Brandon Fryman
Reporter: Mandy Arlinghaus
Sentinel: Luke Kloeker

On the evening of June 9th, 2009 incoming president Jonathan Kippler and Secretary Mandy Arlinghaus walked the  stage of the Annual KY FFA State Convention to accept Cooper FFA's official charter from the KY State FFA Organization. Since that time Cooper FFA has continued to grow and increase it's involvement and influence in the school and community.
