Restraint/Practicum Help

Use the videos below to help study for restraint procedures and the practicums. Refer to your rubrics as you watch the videos to determine proper procedure. Remember that as you demonstrate your restraints (or other practicums) that you will need to describe what you are doing to the judges in as much detail as possible. Your descriptions should follow the rubrics for each practicum.

The Video

The video presentation must be prepared in advance. The topic this year is "cow with salmonellosis," so you will be performing a veterinary checkup for a cow with salmonellosis in this video. Maximum video length is 15 minutes. Review the video below and the pdf's for information on this topic. We will develop a plan for completing this video as a team.
